Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Missed appointments or lack of access may result in rescheduling or service charges.

Customer-Supplied Materials

DC1 Enterprise LLC is not responsible for defects, failures, or delays caused by customer-supplied materials or equipment. Additional labor caused by such items may be billed separately.

Payments

Payment terms are stated on invoices or estimates. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to collection actions as permitted by law.

Warranties

Workmanship is warranted for a reasonable period unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment or materials supplied by manufacturers.

Limitation of Liability

DC1 Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.
